Refund & Returns Policy

At FOLIOCUBS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality homeware products and a transparent shopping experience.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Returns and Cancellations

Customers may cancel eligible online purchases within 7 calendar days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, where permitted by law.

We ask customers to return products with their original packaging and accessories wherever reasonably possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, customers have the right to return defective goods within six months of delivery and request a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Act.

Qualifying defective products will be returned at our expense.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds for cancellations under the statutory online cooling-off period will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Other refunds will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank or payment provider.
